Email us before opening a dispute if you can. We can identify the order and refund it faster than a chargeback can be processed, and a refund leaves your card in better standing than a reversal does.
Everything we sell is digital; nothing ships. A download link appears on the confirmation page and is emailed to you, normally within seconds and always within one hour. Purchases stay re-downloadable indefinitely — you do not lose a file by losing the email.
Within 24 hours of purchase — full refund, any reason, no questions.
After 24 hours — discretionary, because the goods are digital and delivered immediately.
Always — undelivered, corrupt, or materially not as described gets a full refund regardless of elapsed time.
Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Vector illustrations are the work of Natasha Pankina and are licensed on her terms, which govern what you may do with the files. We process the payment; the licence is granted by the artist. Questions about what a tier permits are best asked through the contact form on natasha-pankina.com, which reaches the artist directly. Questions about the charge come to us.
